Originally 90m2 apartment, in which an extension was made to have direct access to the terrace.
The conceptualization of the project consisted of projecting an image of clarity, cleanliness, and simplicity, therefore white was used as the predominant color and its variants (off White) and accents in neutral tones. Natural materials (wood and stone) were also used to create a feeling of lightness and fluidity.
The metal structure that shapes the staircase was painted white and the steps were clad in the same wood that is found throughout the first level.
The kitchen cabinets are in a glossy white finish, which contrasts with the flooring material (cement-type porcelain tile) which extends to the laundry room.
The main closet was lined with mirrors to create spaciousness and the storage spaces are also in a glossy white finish.
To maximize the social area of the terrace, the barbecue on one side and a vertical garden at the opposite one were built, which gives freshness and color to the environment.
The result is a warm, comfortable, and functional duplex.
